Ti_Sapphire laser Tsunami

Tsunami ultrafast Ti:Sapphire laser system

Ti:Sapphire laser system (Spectra-Physics) is a part of the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and imaging system. This laser system is capable of continuous tuning from 780 nm to 820 nm, the shortest pulse (< 30 femtosecond), and the highest average power (>750 milli-Watt) supported by Millennia 10 Watt green pump laser. The shortest pulse option allows to generate and detect a broadband terahertz light from 0.2 to 5 terahertz.

Mid/far infrared

Infrared Fourier Vacuum Spectrometer VERTEX 70v with infrared microscope Hyperion 2000

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer VERTEX 70v (Bruker) is a wide-range infrared spectroscopy system, which is accessible to the whole infrared spectral ranges from near, mid, to far (6000 cm-1 – 20 cm-1). No spectroscopic gap or mismatch due to the one wide-range beamsplitter and vacuum environment by oil-free pump allow a high signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrum. Hyperion 2000 is an infrared microscope integrated with VERTEX70v. The microscope takes mid and also far infrared images of tens of micrometer size sample.
