Marzieh Ayati

Biography

I am Assistant "Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University o Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), and my B.Sc and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from Sharif University of Technology. My research area is bioinformatics and computational biology, with the focus on network analysis and systems biology, and development of algorithms to integrate different omics data and gain insights into systems biology of complex diseases.
