My secrets for good grades are:

  • Break up studying into manageable increments of roughly 2-3 hours and take 2-5 minutes break every hour.

  • Always have a plan for study sessions so you are more focused and time efficient.

  • Make studying a routine so maybe study in the same place for a certain amount of time and once you study like that a couple of times, you will just get used to it.

  • On test day, allow 5-10 minutes to relax. Listen to music or think about something other than the test. You have already put in the time studying, so just do the best you can and read carefully all the questions.

  • Remember to exercise your body also because it is a great way to lower stress

  • Do not miss any lecture session.
