Please write an e-mail to the instructor illustrating to some extent:

1. Are you a teacher? (grade level, subject you teach, and anything you may want to mention). If you are not a teacher please explain.

2. Aside from your previous response; What is something you would like to do as a research study? (like an issue that calls your attention related to education -at any level or from any given point of view).

      To respond this question 2, write:

       -What would be the issue/problem to be addressed in your research proposal?

       -Who would be the subjects (people) of your study? (e.g. students, parents, teachers)

       -How you would collect data and information (e.g. surveys, tests, observations, interviews, databases, etc.)

    b) How many words has a long (block) quotation in APA?

        (Check also your APA Manual pages 272 and 273 to see block quotation examples)

    b) When is appropriate to use & (ampersand) within citations?

    c) When is appropriate to use and (and not &) within citations?

6. What is the professor policy regarding the question some students ask at the end of the semester: How can I improve my grade Dr. Rodriguez? (see the second announcement in Blackboard)
