2019 Workshop on Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) with Interdisciplinary Applications November 16, 2019, The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley -- Edinburg Campus Organized by: Zhijun Qiao (chair) and Dr. Dambaru Bhatta, Dr. Eleftherios Gkioukelas, and Dr. Vesselin Vatchev. WelcomeThe School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences is pleased to announce the 2019 Workshop on Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) with Interdisciplinary Applications. The workshop provides a leading forum for disseminating the latest research in the areas of nonlinear PDEs, including qualitative analysis, integrable systems, negative flows, peakons, symmetries and geometry, and nonlinear soliton models, and brings together students, faculty, and visiting scholars from the nonlinear science community to initiate new collaborations and co-operations in their common research fields. The workshop will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the Edinburg Campus of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Welcome to deliver a talk at the workshop and please send your talk title and abstract to Dr. Eleftherios Gkioulekas at eleftherios.gkioulekas@utrgv.edu or Dr. Zhijun Qiao at zhijun.qiao@utrgv.edu, not later than Nov 8, 2019.
